Welcome to our online booking platform. To get started, please select your provider from the list below. You will require your health card to book an appointment. Once you have registered for an appointment you will receive a confirmation email with the location and time of your appointment. 

After Hours Clinic:

Please note the after hours clinic does not take visits for prescription renewals, form completion,  narcotic renewals, or to review lab results. For these types of visits please contact your clinic to make an appointment with your primary care provider. The After Hours clinic operates Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 - 11:00 am from the Algonquin West location (Suite 4: 227 Algonquin West)
