The After Hours Clinic at the Timmins Academic Family Health Team is intended to treat non-life threatening medical problems and extend services to the patient of the Timmins Academic Family Health Team. 

All emergencies should go to the emergency department at the Timmins and District Hospital or call 911.

Please note the following services are NOT provided at the clinic: 

• Routine injections including B12 shots, TB testing, or immunizations
• Completion of non-WSIB third-party paperwork requests including forms for insurance providers, or workplace physicals such as driver's physicals
• Appointments dedicated to reviewing results of any lab tests or medical imaging - please contact your primary care provider's office to follow up on your test results
• Prescriptions for controlled substances including opioids or stimulant medications are not issued or renewed at the walk-in clinic

During clinic hours you will be seen by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis.
